Therapy for individuals, couples, and relationship systems that explores connection, conflict, and the spaces in between.
Relationships come in many forms: monogamous, polyamorous, kink-affirming, chosen family, and everything in between. At The Relational Hour, we provide inclusive care for individuals, couples, families, and polyamorous relationships, guiding them through the complexities of connection, communication, and emotional safety.
Whether you're partnered, solo, or part of a larger relationship system, this is a space where your identity, structure, and boundaries are respected. Together, we’ll delve into patterns that shape how you love, how you heal, and how you want to move forward in your journey of relationship therapy.

We believe that healing begins in relationship, within ourselves, with one another, and in the spaces where our stories meet. Our philosophy centers on curiosity, compassion, and the courage to repair what distance or pain has disrupted. Through our couples therapy approach, we prioritize emotional safety, guided by a systemic lens that honors each client’s cultural, relational, and emotional context. We are committed to inclusive care for all, including queer individuals, creating a space where intimacy can be redefined, trust rebuilt, and love expressed more fully.

I offer evening and weekend appointments, both in-person in NRH and virtually across Texas. Whether you seek support as an individual, couple, family, or mother–adult daughter pair, you’ll find a space rooted in emotional safety and inclusive care. I welcome queer, non-monogamous, blended, and chosen-family systems. Reach out when you’re ready.
